United States Submarine Veterans Inc. Charleston Base

To perpetuate the memory of our shipmates who gave their lives in the pursuit of duties while serving their country that their dedication, deeds and supreme sacrifice may be a constant source of motivation toward greater accomplishments, and to pledge loyalty and patriotism to the United States of America and its Constitution.

Wherever You Are by Military Wives 2011
The Yuletide offering from a choir made up of the spouses of men fighting in Afghanistan would be among the more heart-warming successes if it made it to the top. The song, Wherever You Are by the Military Wives, is set to a poem written by Paul Mealor compiled from letters to and from the servicemen on a six-month tour of duty. It is already No 1 on iTunes and the final chart rankings will be announced on Christmas Day. We wish the best of luck to the wives and to Gareth Malone, the choirmaster behind a worthy endeavour intended to raise money for service charities. They embody the true spirit of Christmas
